schnitzer90 Moderator	on: 09 Mar 2014 [15:55] Yes, you need to build a mark tower in the valley and then spend gold to build the camp. The prize in the lottery just allows you to build this special camp. Usually you could not just build it.

Maddog	on: 09 Mar 2014 [22:04] In order to build Mark Towers you need a minimum of 200 gold on your account. Building the Mark Tower costs you 20 reputation points. After the Mark Tower is built, you will be able to purchase the mercenary camp won in the lottery. Keep in mind that this is not a free mercenary camp, you will still need to pay gold to build this mercenary camp. The lottery prize grants you the ability to buy the two mercenary camps that you can't buy without winning this prize.
