You can get the unit without owning such a location:
- By joining an order that owns such locations or becoming the vassal of a lord who owns such a location.
- Via the daily lottery - groups of the unit are among the possible prizes. The fee is only one diamond, you might get lucky.

Furthermore, look out for free livonian castles. Sometimes the administration adds a few and players might lose them to revolts.
