Are you using Internet Explorer?

Because when I use IE to play the game, if I click on the message, and the action message icons in the city screen, it doesn't work. The workaround is to click the Messaging icon right under the city view, then on the top leff (on top of the message list), select the icon in the middle (action messages).

It's only on IE that it doesn't work, it works correctly on Firefox and Google Chrome.
