How to build the Livonian Castle:
1. Build the Mark Tower (left click on free cell of the map; 20 reputation points required).
2. As soon as Mark Tower is build (24 hours) - send at least 1 unit to the Mark Tower.
3. Within the next 24 hours transform it into Livonian Castle.
