hello, i have 2 vassals and neither gives out any mercenary points.i know that at least one of my vassals has a fully upgraded obelisk and has enough free mercenary points to give me but it shows that i am receiving 0 mercenary points from him.my other vassal has two historic cities which give him mercenary points so i know he can at least have 2000 mercenary points but i am not receiving anything from him either. please help i am
