i builded blacksmith level 10, the 3 parts are in the treasury of the castle in the same town but i dont find the option in the blacksmith to merge them....
whats wrong???

Go into the blacksmith and you will see the letter in the list of items that can be made. It should show that you have 3/3 for what you need to make it. click select on the item. then on the bottom right of the blacksmith crafting page you should see a gold image of hammer and anvil, click that and it will craft it and put it in your treasury.
Problem is, I crafted the letter already but the quest still shows as incomplete....

yes, same problem here... letter is crafted but quest is incomplete.
seriously, the quest was broken for quite some time... it finally gets "fixed" and is still not working (first the blacksmith was not available - again fixed this night, and now the quest won't finish).
If I fix something I TEST IT extensively before making it available for everyone else!
