I got a strange quest that I require "ADVANCE_STEP_TITLE_ARTIFACT_CRAFTEDOld Letter" an the reward for this quest is a free city control point.How do I find this item?(if this even is an item).Also there is no aveliable discription and also I have 3 parts of a mp or letter that can't be used...what is that?
