So...is there anybody out there actually replying to support tickets anymore? Because this is getting completely out of hand. I know of at least 10 tickets that have not been responded to.

Hey, I got banned last week for no apparent reason. Did not receive an email explaining why I was banned. I wrote a ticket and it still has not been responded to. So i guess do not feel alone, I can't even play or get a response or any kind of help. Cheers and good luck.

syncro Your first question isn't that easy to answer. In an average case, I'd go with a few working days.
As for your second question, usually a moderator, a developer or a helpful player will answer within about half a day at most. If that doesn't happen, it either means that a rare slip has happened and your post just wasn't seen or that no moderator or regular player actually knows the correct answer.

I have opened a high priority ticket a couple of weeks ago and still is not assigned. Is that normal?

Unfortunately, that's not unheard of. What you need to do to have a good chance for an answer is to write in simple, short and correct English sentences. Sometimes, translation programs are used in the process of handling your ticket.
Furthermore, what you are doing here is actually a good thing: To post about an ignored ticket here in the forum. I've made the experience that sometimes important matters that weren't answered in tickets are picked up by the administration this way.
I'm sorry, but that's about all the help I can offer, I hope that your problem will be addressed soon.
