I went to capture a mercenary camp, but my hero keeps going away and start to attack respawning troops. It has low aggression, but it still happens. And also the time to capture seems to be 14 hours, but in a help page it said 8 hours.

Just wanted you to know. If you make a forum for bugs, you are supposed to help people. So, why aren't you doing so??(:s6:)

I'm sorry that your thread got through the moderator's watch. I suppose the level of the merc camp augments capture times. If you could, please report the level of the camp you with to capture. Also, when capturing anything, always separate your hero from your main army and capture with him.

It was Templar Castle. I did separate one of my heroes to capture it as well as knights and horseman to protect him. Thanks for explaining about the capture times, but I still want to know about following orders.

Quote thebirchtree:
knights and horseman to protect him.

only those? those have to move to engage, when your hero is then left by him self and he is attacked, he will retaliate thereby ending the capture.

So, while there are other group(s) with your hero (on the same cell as the capturing hero), the hero will continue to capture even if engaged by a enemy. Only when there are no more groups left on the hero's location, is when the hero is vulnerable to attack which then the hero will stop capturing to retaliate. The only way to stop this is to have at least one group at the hero's location at all times.

Oh, I did not know that my other armies have to be on the same location. I located them around the hero:D Sorry then, seems that its's not a bug, but my own fault.
