Is it effective to have 5 or more heroes in your army?I read somewhere that the first is effective 100%,second 60%,third 20% and the rest is 0%, is this true?

Here is the wiki page on heroes:

In general, it's true that not more then three heroes effect your army, but in a few special situations you could use more anyway. (:s10:)

Ok and just one more thing. The first hero's skills are effective at 100% and that hero has a little crown on the upper left of his picture, right?
How do I change that? How do I put a hero I want to be 100% effective at the first place?

Make an army with one hero, the one that you want as the first. Then let everything else join that army. It works for second/ third place, too.(:s10:)

This isn't necessarily true. For example, if your first 3 heroes in a legion each have the fighter skill, and only your 4th hero has a cavalry skill, that 4th hero's cavalry skill is used at 100% since it is the "first" hero with that skill.
