Build new buildings, train new troops and your experience will be raised.

Here is a list of the levels and their requirements, gathered by a player. I don't how good it is, but it's all I could find:

Nitpicking here, but the "new" does not imply I think. Building any building will raise your player experience points whether or not you've built the same building in the past. So yes, you can demolish buildings then rebuild them to gain PEP and town rating.

ghalad, those are the only ways to raise your PEP. Someone can argue that the tutorial adds bonuses to the rewards, which then can be technically consider as a way to raise PEP.

I wasn't even aware of me implying that one needed to build "new" buildings.

What I wanted to say is:
Build something, whatever building it might be.(:s1:)

Build buildings. Build troops. The amount of experience you receive (your personal experience, not your hero's) will be proportional to the amount of resources you spend on building troops or buildings. The amount of resources you invest in library (city point), obelisk (vassal point), or temple (reputation point) will not count toward your experience.

As I said, I was nitpicking. I just wanted the information supplied to not be dependent on the reader's interpretation on it.
