There have been a few incidents within my order where people have gone to help fellow order members vassals and not been allied with them and killed their army. This is very annoying and it should be auto.

The game automatically gives the vassals NAPs ("Non-aggression pacts") in such a case.
This could be changed to an automatic alliance, but I wouldn't want to be allied with all vassals of all order members. That's just my personal opinion.
