Im trying to discard a city but it says that my security code is incorrect. I know this is wrong since I discarded a city on another server using the same code. Is there any way I can change it?

There used to be a way to set a security code for each server individually, maybe it even still exists. So the fact that it worked on another server is not necessarily an argument.
But anyway: Make sure that you used the right code, watch out for typos (I know it sounds cheap, but it does happen at times.) and if it all doesn't help, you need to contact support.
They can change the security code for you.
