i have 3 heroes in one of my armies and i want to know how can i switch the places of heroes (first hero ,second,third)?
did you understand?and sorry for bad english

You can do that by putting each hero in a seperate group and then ordering the hero you want to be second to join the group of the first and repeating that with the third hero.

That is a bit difficult, I know ... but as far as I know, it's the only way. A suggestion to make that process somewhat easier has not been implemented ... (yet?)

If I want to swap crown heroes, I simply remove all heroes but the one I want to wear the crown from the army, then re add them to the army. The one that stayed with the army becomes the crown wearer. You don't have to do them one at a time but you can if you want. It is still a pain though.(:s1:)

Indeed. Either save the points to upgrade to master in one go to only worry about the order of the to-be crowned hero, or waste time fiddling with the order of all your heroes...Up to you!
