I was wondering if the system will allow someone who owns a port to move it to another shore tile via marktower process. Is there a distance limit to the move or is any seashore tile ok?

I believe you can move a non-historical port city via mark tower to another shore location, however I believe the new location must also be a part of the same landmass that the original port location is a part of. Hope this helps!
