Browser cache contains copies of already visited web pages. When attempting to view them again, browser takes locally stored page copies from cache instead of retrieving them from web server. Cache usage reduces bandwidth usage and accelerates web page loading.

Cookie is a small piece of data sent from a web server and stored in a browser. When returning to the server, the data stored in the cookie can be retrieved by the web server to analyze it and perform some activities.
Several bugs can occur due to cache and cookie involvement, i.e. web page visual mismatch. This is why sometimes cache and cookies should be cleared.
Sometimes even doing as simple as pressing Ctrl+F5 could help – this forces browser to reload the page.

We recommend to clear cookies and cache after each server restart to avoid possible problems. If problems persist, but other players seemingly avoided them, use CCleaner or similar program and restart your computer.
