You can also choose to help players near by (as oppose to taxing them) with lessening the exchange rate and decreasing trade times.

crimson	on: 06 Sep 2012 [15:35] which does your question pertain to? fortresses or the chronic page? I'm just going to go with fortresses... You can not select per player bases. It is all players within range of your fortress. I do not think there is a defined "range" of a fortress. oh, what the hell... the chronic page can specify important player names if the story line needs to define them.
