crimson	on: 01 Sep 2012 [20:33] Well, if you did obtain your password and you can now log into your account, before you select a server, click on "profile" which is located just under your name and coat of arms. from there, at the bottom, it will have 2 fields that you need to fill out. the first field is labeled "password", here enter your new password. Next field is "security code", here enter your security code password. click confirm and your password should change.

Also, you are telling me before I choose a server to log into? but you are talking about my profile crest? Im a bit confused :p

Im a bit confused :p just to the right of the server list is your name and coat of arms (I guess this is what you mean by "player crest"?). now, just below that stuff is "profile". you click that button to access the page which has the option of changing your password.
