Does the other player have to accept your declaration of war before you can attack and destroy the buildings in his/her city?

Thanks.....

Bohemia is a PvE server. That means that you need both parties need to accept war if captures and destruction of more then just walls, gates and repair squads is supposed to be possible.

Attacks and destruction of the 3 buildings mentioned above are possible without a war pact.

Thanks for that. So this means that you cannot capture an active city without both players accepting war?

This is correct for PvE servers. (:s11:)

A small side note: Forts do not count as cities. (:s17:)

The flip side to this is that you cann't lose a city unless you accept the challenge of war and lose the battle. Which really means that walls and gates are superfluous. It would be much better to fill the city approaches with rocks to slow a marauding army and to keep the store house as empty as possible
