I've noticed that when you scroll over a city on a valley, by Players names there are flags. I've spoken to Order members and they said that they got it for free, but it seems to cost me 200 Gold. Is there something im doing wrong ? Personal > Profile > Languages > Change Flag. Just Wondering.

Do you mean the flag for where you are from, the ability to show languages that you understand or the coat-of-arms?
The first seems to cost to be changed, but why would you want to change that anyway ... The second one is free. And the last one can cost if it's a custom made "flag", but there are free ones available aswell.

The Flag for where i am from. Not the coat of Arms. When scrolling over my city you will see "City Owner Deane" Whereas some people have "City Owner -Flag- Deane"

Ok, I have never spent a single thought on changing this, to be perfectly honest. But since it says 200 there, I would say it costs just that.
I can't give any first hand experience or further advice, sorry.

Go to your profile under languages. Set your primary language. Under that you will see a ton of flags. Thats what you set to show on the valley and it dosnt cost a dime.
[Edit: I guess its only free if you do it when you first start playing. It may be for the first time you choose your flag. To change it would cost me 200 gold but it was free when I set my flag]
