What happens if I build an obelisk spend some of the glory points on mercenaries, others on becoming a vassal and then the obelisk is destroyed in an attack? Are my mercenaries converted back into general population and will I stop being a vassal?

Mercenary points (= glory points), mercenary camp control points and vassal points are three different things!
Please take some time to read these two wiki pages: http://www.1100ad.de/wiki/Obelisk http://www.1100ad.de/wiki/FAQ/Obelisk_and_mercenaries The most important point is, you do not spend mercenary points (=glory points) on becoming a vassal.... You need to have vassal points to have vassals yourself. If your obelisk is destroyed, you lose the mercenary points and get the "normal population" back. (If the attacker only destroys the obelisk and does not touch farms or the well.) |
