duckeyonquack, if you have extra gold you can found a city in any square in the valley - first put a mark tower, then convert it to a city in 24 hrs (providing also you've got the free city control point of course).
still, it's cheaper and quicker to capture NC cities. Or other players' cities if you're hard enough

You're playing for Egypt and, to the best of my knowledge, there are no English-speaking Egyptian orders though some of them include German players, for example. The Demons are the only at least partly English-speaking order in Egypt.
There is one English-speaking Byzantine order but I'd not suggest you'd join it because the Byzantines and 90% of the Egyptians are at war. Of the Sicilian orders, Cosa Nostra is almost completely English-speaking, about 50% of RusCorp speak English and my own order is both Russian and English speaking.
