Multi ban system did not work exactly on britannia, many real player are banned but they play self and they are not multiaccounts!

 this sistem is wrong.and one more thing.you decided to restart but dont let know anyone about it before.so what about was my gold spentage?????this is unnacceptable,i played 3 and half month's and spent about 40euro,and now months im receive your message about restart?some people playing this game,just to build nice cities not for war,when doing like that you just making me lost interest for this game,and im sure im not alone who think like that. you kill peoples money this is not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

hm in my order are member with real vasalls maybe of other servers but real! and they can not have same ip!
zb. gerli1975 he have 2 vasalls banned (dirka70) but they live 500 miles away. i cant understand, and he never was in this accounts. there also many other players banned. playes which play alone and dont have same ip :( |

Second Leveling in the Black Rock = Giant Losses = why I've got tubes? Third Prevent bugs in the fighting = ie we can as a community kämfen 4th There will be banned from our guild unnecessary Versalles, of which we have no Logins! Who knows whether coming to an unban ever again! My friend from our guild wants to stop now, because you lose a good player and paying! You should take care of it as quickly as possible, that the Versalles be unbanned again! No fun makes you more money just to move over and having to get any decent performance more! |

I have a vassal who was banned - and I do not think he had an account on any other server. I do not KNOW that he was not a multi-account, but it would make no sense. He is vassaled to me, I do not know him anywhere else, what is the benefit in multi-accounting?
Now, think about this. When something goes wrong, many people do not complain - they just go somewhere else. In marketing, the rule of thumb is that for every one complaint, there are 10 people who do not complain. I am thinking this vassal is one of the 10. I contacted support, they said the vassal must contact them. But I have no contact data for the vassal, and I have to wonder if the vassal just gave up! Maybe he was one of the 10 who don't complain - they just leave! I do not know what to say. Multi-accounting is not fair, and it should be controlled. Support is doing the right thing by trying to control it. But unfairly banning players who are not multi-accounters is also bad. I can say to support - "Do a better job! Work harder!". But I think they are already working hard on this problem. So, I do not know what to say. |

Some people play all day, and they work hard to get real Vassal.
And help them to grow. And that`s sometimes not so easy with all the languages they are spoken here! And than, they banned many real vassals I know about, where nobody has a lockin!!! So how does the riga system work??? Not any good I tell you! I didn`t get any answer yet! We are gold player, we have baronabo!!! What for? We spend so much money and time here, we should be VIP-Player but we are just their gold-donkey! I STILL WAIT FOR AN ANSWER RIGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I can understand that you are angry that you do not get an answer to your questions. Anyway, reading this... ... I have to tell you that it is not exactly correct. The ToS state: Me personally, I think that the the multi-account ban-system is good in general. It surely needs to be improved and there are mistakes. But really, multi-accounting is such a big problem in this game, something needed to happen.  |

I can agree to that to a point...but when players get so angry that support is not responding to the tickets in a timely manner, people will stop playing and therefore people will stop purchasing game currency, and then the game will have no income to keep the game running. So although I agree that gold purchases should not be given special treatment, I believe that Support needs to actually take care of their Customers instead of ignoring them. |

i had just become a viscount then i got banned!!!they say that my login name was inapropriate!and besides how is "ELGRAMPO" inapropriate!?!?!?these people need to be taken over by people who can actually do a good job.for example people in world of tanks,wargame 1942,and people of adventure quest websites.
   and of all my multies the koryo i was banned was the most advanced and longest and the second highest in resources.1 and a half monthes of playing and all that hard work gone and now wasted 1 month of my life since i go on at least once a day since i registered.and i am using my brothers since i got banned. |
