Candidates should:
1) Be active and spend lots of time online
2) Be able and willing to spend gold, with some sub taken already
3) Speak English or Russian fluently
4) Pay the entry fee of 1000 merc points

Preference is given for Sicilians, though a Byzantine, Antiochian, Jerusalem, Seljuk or Egyptian understanding and admitting that Outremer must be ruled by the Sicilians may be admitted as well.
