It's time to make our first report about the plot of Britannia server. I am happy to tell you that events that started recently went in a very unique way.

England:
Most of John Lackland’s plans for this time period were successfully completed. Strategically important geographical positions were fortified well. By king’s orders, English builders built many defensive structures and castles, protecting the surrounding villages. The capital of the nation – London – is slowly but surely developing. Despite the unrest on the Welsh border and Wales’ expansion to the west of English lands, this period of time can be told as relatively peaceful and successful.

Lords' Alliance
This time period was very peaceful and fruitful for the Alliance of Lords. Robert Fitzwalter managed to reinforce his positions in Winchester and the surrounding lands. Thanks to the peaceful policies of king John, English barons managed to arrange favorable trade relationships with the neighbors and obtain several exclusive contracts to supply rare food supplies to the Welsh marches. Just like around the strategically important city of Launceston, and inside the city, barons had trouble spreading their political influence, which will most likely result in a worsened loyalty of citizens in the times when Wales is pushing the expansion to the east.

Wales:
Thanks to the wise rulership of Llywelyn the Great, Kingdom of Wales is now experiencing a time of prosperity and expansion. Some even predict that it would mark the beginning of a new era – a golden age of Wales. Recent events allowed the king to make some good decisions in his policies such as to fortify and develop the towns of Montgomery and Caernarvon, which didn’t went unnoticed by its citizens. These preparations allowed the people of the abovementioned cities to feel more save and persuaded them to show their gratitude to Llywelyn the Great. Kingdom’s treasury was replenished by a new flow of resources and gold. Unfortunately, the harsh winter and proximity to Cardiff didn’t allow the King to pursue the same policy in Pembroke, despite the fact that most preparations were done in time.

Scotland
Recent times were not easy for Scotland. The pressure of Norway from the north and the developing England from the south has put Scotland in between a hammer and an anvil. The majority of Hebrides islands were taken by the Norwegian king, thereby posing a threat from the west. Several political problems caused by the local lords by their strive for power have caused the Scotland to be in the time of uncertainty and confusion, but in the end, that is what reunited the county. Slowly, step by step, king William I reunited the kingdoms, protecting the country from its foes and led several campaigns to the north – deep into Norwegian lands. Such actions, even though caused the country to fight several fronts, caused an overall positive outcome for the current position of the kingdom, giving the necessary time to create a detailed plan for new military campaigns.

Norway
This time period was relatively peaceful for Norwegians. Despite the arising conflicts with Scotland, there weren’t any open battles and only several raids from both sides. Haakon IV successfully reinforced his positions on the eastern side of Hebrides islands, but could not capture the island of Islay. The king is involved in clever mediating policy and fruitful trade on the mainland, having colonies in Ireland and in the middle part of England, which ensures the inflow of gold into the treasury and allows collection of information about events on the archipelago. Royal navy is constantly bringing soldiers from Norway, and anyone, even those not having any knowledge in military actions, can see that Norway is preparing itself for a war.

Ireland
Last few months were especially hard for Ireland. Despite the inside dissention between English barons and lack of attention from king John’s side to the events occurring on Irish lands, English settlements are still well protected and they are always in contact with each other. An attempt to capture Athenry failed, but Irish people did not back down. Finally, after so many years, the Irish now have a leader that is truly able to lead his people to long-awaited freedom. Uprisings against local English lords occur everywhere, bringing more people to fight for the independence of their homeland. Respected commanders and elders of different villages are sympathetic to actions and goals of Brian O’Neil, helping him any way they can.
