hi...when you go to conuqer a no comader city..or an city that your enemy left abondanated even you have conquer city points...you can not conquer...to the action conquer city...the answer is:you dont have conquer cities points availables.....is that possible to ammend?

Ibiza, You have 140 cities. Does your library honestly show at least 1 city point available? Try abandoning 132 of your cities to take yourself back down to normal playing levels.
