So I started this game a couple days ago. Even though the graphics are awful, I thought it was kind of interesting. So I played to the point where I could send out people on campaigns.
I sent a very large group to a nearby town, and it says they're dead upon arrival. How is this? My hero and everyone were just obliterated upon arrival by...what? A Medieval nuclear bomb?

I need some game-help. Though this is kind of a blessing in disguise, because this game is too retarded to find addictive and wast a month of Summer on.

Hi miami !

Welcome to 1100AD! Simple, yet fun and addictive game that is very fun when you have developed a few cities.

How many troops did you send to the place?

To see the battle report, scroll down the bottom and click on a gold icon with an image of swords on it. These are the battle reports from your armies. You can then click on the detailed log to see what the other persons army was, or just look at the normal report that says 'You lost: You killed:'

Normally, if you send an army to a noCommander city (grayed out city) then sometimes stronger players with huge armies come there to rob that city for extra resources. These armies can completely obliterate other armies within seconds, especially if your army was quite small.

I can help you if you want. I am new on the bohemia server myself, and have two cities. But on other servers I am very experienced and have many cities, so I know quite a lot about the game. I'll send you an ally request now, and you can ask me any questions you wish via in-game messaging.(:s1:)

miami, your idea of large is most likely small, since you just started the game. They probably died from other players, mentioned by wiki, or killed by computer controlled troops called "maruaders".
