Is it cheaper to build additional libraries in 2nd/3rd city etc than to keep spending resources in your first city to increase commander knowledge?

The thing is that when you have 2/3 100% libraries, you'll be able to raise your level much faster than by spending it through only one library considering the time to supply that library from your remote cities...
I would go for it ^^ |

Moving resouces is a total pain in the butt(just been through it)... But deffinately cheaper then multiable libraries.
Choice is yours though |

So far out of my 4 cities, 3 of them are at 100% and the other is at 80% and will be at 100% tomorrow. I personally like being about to donate from each city. |

when building troops in those towns, you should build the library too (to use up the resources that were not used in troop making process) |
