How can I move resource extraction areas? I just captured a town and the lime oven is in front of a city entrance.

Aid your capital. (The easiest way, since attack page is slightly glitched. Go to your capital, select "attack" and click on your other city under "My Cities")
And it costs gold to move extraction areas. (Up to 350 gold at max)

Well, you can abandon a city too! That way you can take another one with hopefully no "vulnerable point" ^^

or you could ignore it... I don't really mind myself when resources are close to the gate.
