Things I would look for: Do they have cities close to yours? What do they charge for entry and dues? What are their minimum requirements? eg: Maybe they say you must have 5 cities and 2M points. What is their motto/purpose? What are their goals? Eg, mutual self-defense, world dominance, just looking for a good fight, etc. And yes - the Join an Order page is the last one in the tute.
