What is the point of having a vassal if there are no fees collected? I wouldn't put very much stock in the protection afforded by a lord who doesn't charge for their services... Just wondering  |

I used to not charge, before i quit years ago. I never saw the need for the vassal to give any of their potential power up for my own gain. |

yeah, most will only protect if you give them something in return. (Even my good old friends would charge me. =P) |
