next the campaign sign there should be a big red X press that.
if its not there wait until the timer gets to 0 and then it should come up with a link near where the timer was. press it and it will show u a page of the enimie (or ally) city. click ur army (green flag) and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the box that says order armies to leave the city. click what city u want to send home to. and the click send armies to this city. click it and they shoudl start coming home

The farther away the valleys are in numbers means nothing. They are all the same distants away.

the time taken from valley 1 to valley 1000 is the exact same time for valley 1 to valley 2
obvs small amount in change as distance within that valley and any obsticals in teh way eg water can all change the distance but not in huge amounts.
usualy 30 hours with rams so how u got 19 days i will never know. u sure its not 19hours?

you can easily reach 80+ days by jumping valleys with trebs...
