If we insert "points", I believe we can start to understand this. It looks to me like somebody used an online translator, and didn't, or couldn't review it.

It is also necessary to have free points ownership locations mercenaries, their number can be found in the obelisk.

I'm going to guess that this is referring to the merc points from an obelisk.
