Damn.. I thought the developers will simply ban them the moment such cheating is known. Why do I have to submit a ticket to the support if they have a system to check out the players? I'm helping the devs right now by reporting it here. Whether they act on this or not, sahu!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything they do is important but they cannot simply less prioritize cheating because players will leave the game which will make them no work at all if all players leave except the cheaters.

same names does not incur that its the same person. more evidence is needed to make a case.
each case is subjected to thorough investigation. there is no automation. also, its support's job to list and or investigate these cases.
