Dashu	on: 07 Apr 2010 [13:13] Share: Star picture Translate» greetings, new to this game and am enjoying it sofar. though i do find myself spending a bit too much time on it. i have checked on wiki and cannot find an answer to my question so i have turned to this forum. when building defensives walls and gates can you incorporate the existing stone outcroppings/hills as part of your defenses? I have quite a bit of this rock and thought i could link them with walls and gates to enclose my city. Is that permitted? Thanks for any replies.

Limache	on: 08 Apr 2010 [02:46] updated: 08 Apr 2010 [02:47] you can but it isnt of much use because enemy armies can clime over rocks and throug trees, it will slow them down though but you might want to use walls, people put rocks ouyside their gates to slow armies down

Does that mean attacking troops only enter a city from these 4 signposts and if I build walls/gates at them then this should stop/delay attacking troops ? If so then why would anyone build walls around a city ? U got me totally lost here !
Limache	on: 24 Apr 2010 [01:02] You only need to build walls at the antrences but when an army atacks you they will try to take the wall down (ithink this has to do with hit points and how many the army has) i dont get why poeple put all aroud their city, i think its a waist if resorces. o and an army can only enter at the four entrances
