Just wondering about this settlement. I have explored it twice and have found nothing. Is this just a random thing and say maybe the next time I explore I may or may not find anything, or is it just a chance to gain points for my hero? If it is just to gain experience for my hero and to try out my tactics (army formations) then it is worth exploring and I'll continue to do so. Just wondering tho if I may ever find anything after exploring??!?

I snagged lots of resources when I went to one on Livonian a few days ago...
The next day took a friend... after 5 hours of exploring no resources.
Yesterday, we went again... after an hour... no resources again...
but never give up...
Players are getting lots of resources when it gives.

Sometimes you get +XP% for your hero (I think Barb Settlement is +15%), sometimes you get resources, sometimes nothing. At the Druid Temples and Black Rock Castles you can also get +1 point attack/defense for your hero, which really isnt very helpful.
Also, the place only gives a reward once per 24 hours, which is why you sometimes need to wait a long time, and sometimes it is instant.

Have you found it to be instant only if you haven't been there yourself in the last 24 hours?
It seems to us that it is on a strict 24 hour clock as far as the display goes but it was more like 25 hours of real-world time until you can finish the explore.

its not a set amount...you may get 5% or 30%...
all places offer same type of rewards...

idk crimson. I have only ever gotten iron from the mines. The monster cave and barbarian hut gave me hero xp and i think some wood. Never been to druid temple or black rock castle and i have never got a hero stat boost.
Maybe the mines gives resources, barbarian huts and caves give resources or xp and the druid temple and castle give all 3? What do you think?

I have received exp from all places (100% sure). resources from 3 of 5 places. stat bonus from 3 of 5 places.
