What is this new about Teutonic knights?Where i can recruit them?And why most of the armies that we can recruit are very bad against them?I was searching,and then i was disappointed cause i saw that Pikemans are the only army that it's very good against those Teutonic knights.Please help.

Historically no soldiers could stand up to heavily armored knights(teutonics being just one of them) unless they were equipped with a spear,pike or similiar polearm
