I think I worded it wrong...when you send aid to vassal town you can recall if they have not traveled 15% of the trip (i think). however, if you return home from a vassal town it will not let you recall your troops back to the vassal town.

I think we should be able to cancel all troop movement no matter

where it is going to or
coming from or
how long it will take to get there.

After all, there is a time penalty for doing so.

me too this sucks it's said ETA 00:00 so I sent a campaign now it's 17 hours away and I can't cancel I thought it was an underpass or something.
